Please be advised that all intellectual property, including but not limited to:

  • Brand name

  • Logos

  • Website design

  • AI systems

  • Business models

  • Source content

  • Marketing assets

  • Product structures

  • Custom software systems

  • Trademarks and digital assets

are the exclusive property of Jeeya Software and App Store and are protected under applicable intellectual property, copyright, trademark, cybercrime, and commercial laws.

You are hereby directed to:

  1. Immediately cease and desist from all unauthorized activities involving JeeyaAI or Jeeya Software and App Store.

  2. Remove any copied, misleading, infringing, duplicated, or defamatory material from all online and offline platforms.

  3. Stop using any branding, naming, systems, visuals, or representations that may create confusion with our company or services.

  4. Refrain from any future attempts to misuse, damage, replicate, exploit, or misrepresent our business, products, or intellectual property.

Failure to comply within 48 hours from receipt of this notice may result in strict legal action without further warning, including but not limited to:

  • Civil claims for damages

  • Criminal complaints

  • DMCA complaints

  • Trademark infringement proceedings

  • Cybercrime complaints

  • Platform takedown requests

  • Injunctions and recovery of legal costs

This notice is issued without prejudice to any other legal rights and remedies available to Jeeya Software and App Store under applicable national and international laws.
